3. Engagement

Services commence following written acceptance of a quotation, proposal, or contractual agreement by the client.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fees are established according to the nature, complexity, and duration of the assignment.

Invoices shall be payable according to the payment terms specified in the relevant commercial documents.

5. Nature of Obligation

PROFEEL is bound by an obligation of means and not an obligation of results.

The company facilitates opportunities and business relationships but does not guarantee:

  • The conclusion of commercial agreements

  • Business transactions

  • Revenue generation

  • Commercial success

  • Partnership outcomes

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to cooperate in good faith and provide all information necessary for the successful execution of the assignment.

7. Confidentiality

Information exchanged within the framework of the services shall remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Liability

PROFEEL shall not be liable for business decisions, negotiations, agreements, or transactions concluded between parties introduced through its services.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount invoiced for the services concerned.

9. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, documents, analyses, and materials developed by PROFEEL remain its exclusive property unless otherwise agreed.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the provisions of the applicable agreement.

11. Applicable Law

These CGV are governed by the laws applicable to commercial service activities.
